| Abstract: | Now a complete auto industrial system has been established in China. But the most fatal problem is that the real scale economy hasn't been formed due to the decentralized investment resulting from too large number of enterprises, which leads to undue competition. The way to solve this problem is to restore the natural entry barrier in auto industry. The government's short-term policy should highlight encouraging trans-regional and cross-ownership substantial asset re-organization like bankruptcy, merger and acquiction and the production integration of specialized cooperation within enterprises. |
