Abstract:The risk in China is basically country risk. The solutions to disperse country risk are to cut down the state controlled stock holding. However, the capital market functions mainly to disperse future risk. To ease the present risk, it has to depend upon the establishment of deposit insurance system and real name system. In future, the country will fully insure the state banks. Other banking institutions may float interest rate upward but with no insurance by the state. The random fund raising will not be insured and will be punished in stead. The state should adopt strict system over the capital market.
