| Abstract: | After the emergence of Asian Financial Crisis, the people understand neither the concept of financial opening nor its consequent problems. There is a big difference in the comprehension of financial liberalization between the internal and the external, such as our current negotiation for entering WTO. In fact, to carry out financial liberalization and opening financial market serve as a kind of "interest exchange", not the need of the level and the stage of economic development or the requirement of the stage of competitiveness development. Financial liberalization relates closely with financial opening; it coexists with financial crisis, excessive development and expansion of derivative trade. Big countries cannot rashly carry out financial liberalization and globalization characterized by system opening before internationalization. |
