| Abstract: | Export-market of China Agricultural products has partially transferred from Asia area to European and American market. However, import decreased the dependence on North-American market, and the import quota of Asian and European market increased. Therefore, it decentralized agricultural products market, making the distribution of import-export market tend to be rational. Most of the China current agricultural policies accord with the "green policy" framework, which was stipulated by Agricultural Agreement. The policies with reference to market support belong to the range of negative-protective polices. In addition, average duty of China agricultural products has decreased to 21.1%. Non-tariff measures have being reduced and standardized gradually. China has admitted to abolish export subsidy to agricultural products. |
