| Abstract: | This article's purpose is to present a qualitative empirical study from the ethical viewpoint. The aim is at the theoretical conceptualization on managers' decision-making of personnel dismissals in downsizing organizations. Dealt are e.g. types of dismissals based on different decision-making roles. There is illustration of the impact of ethical orientation on the decision to personnel. |
