| Abstract: | 1 Internal and external economic equilibrium-which is of direct crucial effect to the success or failure of China economic development. 2 Currency deflation-the expansion policy had not led out of the difficult position of currency deflation. Besides the conflict and contradiction in policy enforcement, policy itself has its own limitation, hindering and distorting the effect of tool-type expansion. 3 System shrinkage effect. At present, the policy does not effect sufficiently for economy promotion. The economy growth is the result of common effort by market-oriented shrinkage effect. To promote international demand is not only a question of macro policy but also a question of deep-layer system. |
