| Abstract: | The paper, with the arguing main line of taking the national debts as products, as commodities, and of the marketalization of the national debts, sums up the roles played by the national debt in the various stages of the economy in the past 50 years. Finally, it draws the orbit of the internationalization of the national debts and its justifiable development in the new century. |
