| Abstract: | The control on capital projects is paid much more attentions due to the financial crisis in Asia, and had gotten some effects in short time but the development match between the each kinds of the controls and avoiding the controls were going on in middle time perhaps make the capital control measures invalid. So we should come back free markets as soon as possible and give the definition of the free markets new contents, such as the government must make clear her own economical functions and enforce commercial system, improve to enhance economic and funds operational efficiencies. |
