| Abstract: | The orientation of the balanced development for China's economy is proposed. 1. The balanced and non-balanced development for China's economy are re-delimited in accordance with their neo-classic implication. 2. A comparative and historical study of the strategies of the non-balanced and balanced development is conducted through the empirical description of the system background, policy principles and practical results and effects of China's economy. 3. The paper contends that the strategy of the balanced development for China's economy should be taken on the basis of a perfecting market. |
