| Abstract: | Home-based telecommuting, satellite offices, neighbourhood work centers, and mobile working are alternative forms of work organization that together constitute "telework". These four work form vary according to the location, time and ways in which people work. Each is a break from the traditional 9-to-5 routine of employees who share a work location and who see each other on a daily basis. Scholars and practitiioners hail these work forms. However, each form presents numerous challenges. |
