| Abstract: | After the fall of the communist regime in 1990 the Mongolian economy has undergone a difficult transition process. The country was thrown abruptly into the market economy, the extent of poverty increased and macroeconomic instability arouse. However, Mongolia has coped relatively well with the transition. |
