| Abstract: | The study examined the validity of a broad set of predictors used in the selection of European managers for a cross-cultural training program in Japan. Cognitive ability, personality, and dimensions, amongst others, were assessed by assessement center exercises and a behaviour description interview. The study concluded that the results were generally consistent with the literature on domestic selection, although some important differences existed. |
