| Abstract: | This paper is based on a case study of the National Centre for Popular Music in Sheffield. The case study method provides a valuable opportunity to explore people's perception and interpretation of failure in context, and offers rich understanding of the intricacies of the phenomenon. This research explores how the participants in a significant failure perceive and interpret this failure. |
