| Abstract: | This article researches knowledge management practise and knowledge sharing in the context of a specific country and culture, in this case, China. The research focuses entirely on Siemens ShareNet in China and a total of 35 interviews have been conducted with executives and general managers. The authors find that knowledge management needs to take the cultural dimension into consideration. |
