Abstract: | This article aims at offering several useful paths of thought on a "deepened" and "widened" approach to the notion of interface (here as: int-f.), taking into account several types of stakeholders (here as: s-hldrs.) in the exchange. Three case studies are developed and organized around the two dimensions which seem essential in int-f. management. Due to the very essence of service being linked to relations and exchanges, it seems important that the range of s-hldrs. (in)directly influencing service processes should be taken into consideration. |
