| Abstract: | This paper explores the extent to which industrial workers' wages tended to converge during the period of Sweden's industrial breakthrough. The study is founded on regional wage series for nine regions in Sweden for the period 1861-1913. The major findings show that there was a general wage convergence in the period of study. |
