Abstract:The paper discusses focused and unfocused KM strategies. The differences between focused and unfocused KM strategies are explained. The paper also gives practical advice on high-grading knowledge, bringing focus to your programs and project teams and developing knowledge registers to identify what you need to know and to avoid mistakes.
