The most important factors of success are: selection of the group members,the number of participant, the conflict management,the technology of communication,the supply of information,the temporal and spatial conditions of group work. Spatial arrangements: circular,rectangular,T and U shaped etc. The role of moderator. Environmental conditions: acoustic, temperature,light,colours. Technical instruments used. Temporal characteristics. The starting point,the duration,the frequency of the meeting. The optimal determination of the programme for the meetings. |
