Abstract:A study demonstrating that several procedures can be used to estimate the component relationships that define the J-coefficient, similar in pattern and mean value to criterion-related validities, related to the occupation of a machinist in a medium sized international company producing precision automotive accessories. The statistical definitions, organizational setting and participants, job analysis, and procedure. Two Tables illustrate the study.
