Abstract:Corporate social responsiveness is decidedly process oriented. Corporate social responsibility has a very strong product focus. The contemporary concept of business ethics combines both aspects within a moral reflection. These are normative analytical concepts. Some examples of business decisions, in which organizations' management addressed important social performance considerations. Some other examples of questionable or illegal business practices bearing great amount of social harm. The eight main elements of corporate social policy process /relationships, interactions, issues, problems, norms and values, goals, decision making process, implementation, evaluation etc./.
