| Abstract: | The Austrian banks like to other business organisations may follow four different strategies concerning environmental protection: strategy of the ignorance, of the adaptation, of the social responsability and finally, strategy of the innovation. These strategies are presented. The banks' activity is: they help investments connected to the subject /mainly diffusion of technical know-hows/; increasing the publicity of environmental problems. Even at banks the main question is, whether less or more, market should be applied by solving the problems. |
