| Abstract: | The increasing complexity of today's environment may force entrepreneurs either to replace themselves with professional managers or to become dependent on the expertise of outside consultants to implement sophisticated management practices. Indeed, the entrepreneurial orientation of the firm may be lost if the entrepreneur is forced to hire the professional manager or consultant. The resulting situation may cause stress between the entrepreneur and the manager, thus resulting in the loss of the creativeness. |
