| Abstract: | Because of the dramatic increase in on-line applications and the emerging strategic importance of information systems, resources are continuously available and efficiently applied to the needs of the organization. In order to fulfil these responsibilities, procedures and tools should be developed and implemented to monitor resource performance against performance standards and targeted objectives. Significantly substandard performance may portend inefficiently or ineffectiveness in providing a particular user service. |
