| Abstract: | The MBTI is a psychological measure that tries to explain the central aspects of the personality. It is a measure of preferences which may or may not be expressed in behaviour. This article looks at the strength and weaknesses of MBTI. It shows that the measure is most appropriately used in development, counselling and training, with special respect to training interviewers. |
