| Abstract: | This is a detailed quantitative analysis of EC anti-dumping measures investigating a host of problems. It is revealed that anti-dumping actions have little to do with macroeconomic fluctuations, that antidumping has a strong trade diverting and price fixing effect, that anti-dumping is highly selective and is in strong relationship with market structure, lobbying activity, coalition formation. |
