| Abstract: | The article tries to find out what repercussions new regulations will have on software and hardware tools used in the personnel department. The areas investigated are: worktime, wage, the equal treatment of workers and employees, asset formation, tax reform, social security, labour law, statistics. The new requirements against computer systems are: flexibility, portability, active security, the harmony between competence and responsibility, immunity etc. |
