| Abstract: | In a few months the authors of White Paper should find a formula for ITV that could combine two aims; high program standards and low cost. One cannot be fulfilled without doing harm to the other. The present regulations,mainly the profit-based Levy blocks financial efficiency. Cutting the costs may endanger the range and quality of programs.NERA study pointed out unless ITV makes changes the costs will rise by 25%. |
