| Abstract: | News International wants to launch a parliamentary channel on the second Astra satellite . BSB has also expressed interest. One unidentified satellite group has offered to carry a full uninterrupted service free to the public if it can sell the pictures to other broadcasters and commercial organisations. Full satellite coverage would calm fears that cameras would only focus on the sensational and front bench. |
