Abstract:The problems within the organization arising out of conflicts between the existence of individual behavior and the constraints imposed by the search for coherence are well known. Less known is how these problems can be handled, despite the recent emergence of concepts such as culture, corporate project and ethic. It is shown how an approach based on treating the company as a network of actors and the definition of priority functions in the network open new opportunities in this field. A simple management system is based on rule development which would permit a reduction in incoherence (e.g. in procedures) while generating the most favorable decisions for the company.
