| Abstract: | The IPM is launching a new programme and offering new management qualification. The new programme will eventually replace stage 1 of the IPM's qualification and instead of just giving an introduction to personnel management it aims at a more general management content and targets at operational managers. The three main features of the new programme are its modular structure, the attention paid to skills development and the methods of course delivery. |
