| Abstract: | Wine merchants Grants of St James's launched a change programme of their business changing from an unresponsive organisation to a flexible network of individual enterprises. This meant a radical reorganisation in the areas of communication, team working, control and standards. It also meant the task to create a capacity within the organisation that could manage change. Here the authors describe the communication programme they embarked to enable the necessary changes. |
