| Abstract: | After having described the signs of a bad time management, and given a few solutions, a planning schedule is offered based on six questions. A definition of time is given. It is examined whether it is a typical manager's problem, and it is worth or possible to modify the time management. Another look at time management of company leaders is outlined by showing the main problems of time management, the methods for setting up priorities and for planning the activities, for managing the unexpected events and for organization of work. This way of observing implies two preliminary conditions: energy management and well defined objectives; two key factors: the ability to say "no" and delegating. |
