| Abstract: | The establishment of Chinese-foreign joint fund must be supported by more perfect legislation system, otherwise not only the enthusiasm and confidence of overseas investors will be influenced but even worse, its establishment will easily lead to many problems afterwards and arouse a lot of disputes and conflicts. To this end, "The Method of Managing Investment Fund" and "The Method of Managing Chinese-Foreign Joint Fund" will be formulated and make a public appearance as soon as possible, and at the same time, the related laws and regulations must be modified and formulated. |
