| Abstract: | This article presents a new approach called the semantic object approach to relational database design and discusses a new computer aided software engineering (CASE) tool which is used to build semantic objects. A semantic object represents an entity, and its relationship with other entities, more the way a user sees them. In this sense, the semantic object model is more user oriented. |
