Abstract:The production of green food, starting in the 1970s has began to gradually evolve into the worldwide development trends of green food. There are broad prospects for the development of green food in China. So the state should take measures to promote the development of the export of green food. The Chinese enterprises should formulate the correct strategies of business and marketing on the objective markets. Hongkong, Macao and Japan are the major markets both for China's grain and oil and for the export of China's green food. Further efforts should be exerted to make the departments concerned in agriculture, environmental protection, light industry , foreign trade and economy, and finance , work together to develop China's undertaking of green food.
