| Abstract: | The legislation of funds in China should include securities legislation, company legislation and the legislation of the management of investment funds. The last one is to work out the details according to the basic principle of legislation, set by the basic laws like Securities Law and Company Law in order to make these laws easy to operate. It includes the following contents: the sponsorship and establishment of funds; fund-raising and trading; managers, trustor and investors of funds; the use of funds; the finance of funds and the distribution of profits as well as the disclosure of information related to funds. |
