| Abstract: | The main contents of the legal system of China's overseas investment cover the following: investment subject including enterprise legal person and natural person, the system of examination and approval, the system for tax-collection, the encouragement and protection of overseas investment, the management of foreign exchange and overseas assets. The measures to perfect the legal system are to enlarge the scope of the subject of China's overseas investment, simplify the procedure of examination and approval of investment, strengthen the management of overseas investment , establish and perfect the legal system for tax-collection of overseas investment, perfect the legal system which encourages overseas investment, and establish China's insurance system of overseas investment. |
