| Abstract: | The legal protection of overseas direct investment means that a state should establish legally the system and measures which can guarantee and support its own overseas direct. investment. To strengthen the legal protection of China's overseas direct investment, we should establish a guarantee system of overseas direct investment and a legal system of overseas investment with the Law on Overseas Direct Investment as the core, intensify further the protection of international laws on overseas direct investment and standardise domestic laws to make them conform to the international laws. |
