| Abstract: | The status quo of China's securities market, the existing systems of security legislation and management decide that the construction of local legal system should occupy an important position. The related issues to be studied in this line are as follows: the conditions and principles of local security legislation , the supervision and management system and the key object of supervision and management, the management of over-the-counter market and the directional collection companies, and how to enhance stockholders' awareness of laws on securities. It points out that some local policies on developing securities markets, which have law and there is no different opinion on in practice can go up and be used as the local laws and regulations. |
