| Abstract: | Investment measures related to trade is one of the three new subjects in multi-trade negotiation in Uruguay round. All member states agree on "Agreement on Investment Measures Related to Trade". The basic content of the agreement are basic principles, purpose, definition concerning Trims, implement period, requirement of openness, exception clause and so on. China should compare her foreign capital laws in operation with the Trims in the agreement, and then do some amendment. And in addition, there must be some necessary supplementary measures whose purpose is to reduce the resultant negative effects. |
