| Abstract: | The paper provides the case of Manco Inc. shows how a company can open up "confidential" information and motivate all of its employees to focuses on business growth and profitability. The article discusses the strategic nature of open-book management (OBM) in optimizing the deployment of human capital by illustrating its application at Manco Inc. The authors provide an overview of OBM and its strategic advantage and consider the implementation of OBM at Manco.
