Abstract:The tasks of an ideal service supplier are described. Then the changes in certain subjective indicators calculated from public opinion research are presented for the period 1994-96. Mission, objectives and most important tasks of MATÁVCOM, an affiliate established as a consequence of the liberalization of the satellite exchange market are also concerned in brief. Concrete examples are presented to demonstrate the demand assessment activities of MATÁVCOM.
