Abstract:This article examines market orientation in nordic banks in Scandinavia; Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. Nationwide surveys from these countries show that a path to performance involves innovations, though there are differences in the antecedents of market orientation. Analysis bases on structural equation modeling.
