Abstract:E-commerce transactions via mobile payment systems are carried out constantly and loyal customers are an important part of every business. The aim of this study is to analyse the key factors of customer loyalty empirically in mobile payment systems. To analyse the hypotheses, 205 questionnaires were reviewed, and the results show that security, trust and perceived risk among others were important factors in gaining a loyal customer base.
