| Abstract: | This article aims to examine what is identity in flexible organizations and whether the construction of identity can be managed or not, and to what extent. The author defines the characteristics of flexible organizations, and these characteristics are translated into the relationship between the organization and the individual. The data for the study is collected from Dutch organizations. |
