| Abstract: | This article examines how flexible cognition and flexible personality can facilitate the creation of innovations. Moreover, the authors discuss how flexibility can be useful to the audience for innovations. Finally, the authors build on the previous discussion of the benefits of flexibility for innovation to provide approaches to the improvement of flexibility for innovation. These approaches are presented especially to the use of researchers and innovation management. |
