| Abstract: | This article focuses on the power of the trade unions in Estonia. It presumes that the wage differential reflects the bargaining power of trade unions to form the working conditions in the workplace. The findings suggest that Estonian trade unions do not have enough negotiation power to result in a positive wage gap for union members. |
