Abstract:This paper examines the categorization of flexible work arrangements (FMAs) into bundles and their connection to organizational competitiveness in the Eu. The factors of competitiveness were performance, turnover and absenteeism. Four moderators were used: organization sector, industry sector, organization size and organizational women-supportiveness. Four FWA bundles were revealed in the analyses. Non-Standard Work Patterns were found to be related to reduced turnover in the private sector, whereas Work Away from the Office was related to enhanced performance and decreased absenteeism. Non-Standard Work Hours and Work Outsourced were positively related to turnover.
