| Abstract: | The purposes of this article are to explore the rise and fall of the market share liability theory by examining its application and rejection in DES cases, and to illustrate the pedagogical importance of studying the interaction of legal and ethical principles in the application of a proposed remedy to a set of particular and different cases. |
