| Abstract: | Study or the hypothesis concerning financial deflation, according to which the fall in the price of patrimonial assets and the rise in real interest rates weigh down on activity, via their impact on supply and credit-demand behaviour, and hence on the evolution of indebtedness. The article examines three countries in which the financial cycle was particular strong : japan, the United Kingdom and France. |
